Mystery Stamping April 2026

Welcome to Mystery Stamping for April! My card is a simple layout with lots of layering. As you follow the instructions you will note that I’ve also thrown in a few little techniques to pretty up some layers.

Mystery Stamping Clues!

I’ve really made the most of the Designer Series Paper on this card—using it not just for layering, but also for those ‘sweet’ fussy cut jam jars to tie everything together beautifully.

To add interest without overwhelming the design, I incorporated some tone-on-tone stamping. It’s a subtle touch, but it creates depth and keeps the background from feeling flat.

The embossed panel was softly watercoloured using Old Olive ink refill, then I gently swiped White Craft ink over the raised areas. This softens the overall look and highlights that gorgeous texture.

For the flowers, I created my own coloured cardstock by swiping white cardstock with Calypso Coral ink before die cutting. This created a pretty texture and again, a softer colour.

I loved seeing the variations of all the cards on our Zoom session and these examples give you even more fun ways to use these panels! Please share your card in our FB group.

I hope you have fun crafting along!
